Work we have actually done.
Every photo below is from a Infinite Renovations job site. We do the work ourselves. Nothing here is a stock photo.

Three steps. No pressure.
Storm damage is easy to miss from the ground and easy to run out of time on. Most carriers give you a limited window to report it, so the sooner it is documented, the better your position.
We inspect the roof
We come out, get on the roof, and check for hail bruising, wind damage, lifted or missing shingles, and damage to vents, flashing and gutters. It costs you nothing and there is no obligation.
We document what we find
Photos, measurements and a written summary of the damage. You get a copy. If there is nothing wrong with your roof, we tell you that too.
We walk you through the claim
We explain how the claim process works, what your carrier will ask for, and we can meet the adjuster on site. Whether the claim is approved is your carrier's decision.
One contractor for the whole exterior.
Storms rarely damage only the roof. We handle the rest of the exterior too, so you are not coordinating three different companies.

Questions homeowners actually ask.
Nothing. We come out, get on the roof, check it properly and show you what we find. If your roof is fine, we say so and we leave. There is no charge and no obligation either way.
That is your insurance carrier's decision, not ours, and nobody can promise you an outcome. What we can do is inspect the roof, document the damage properly, explain what your carrier will be looking for, and be there when the adjuster comes out.
Most policies expect storm damage to be reported within a limited window after the storm. If the damage is older than that, a claim gets much harder, so we ask up front rather than waste your time.
If an earlier claim is still open, or was paid out and the repairs were never done, that changes how a new claim on the same property gets handled. We would rather know before we come out than find out afterwards.

Infinite Renovations. We call you to confirm the time before anyone comes out. Your details are not sold and not passed to other contractors.
We serve the northwest Chicago suburbs. The ZIP code question in the form checks your address against the areas we currently cover, and it will tell you straight away if we are not out there yet.
